Responsibilities

Role overview

As Senior Marketing Manager at PKF Littlejohn, you will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives to support the firm's growth, brand positioning, relationship building and lead generation across its audit, tax and advisory practices, and key industry sectors. You will manage a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with the firm’s wider Business Development team and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Marketing strategy & planning

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning for new services and campaigns.
  • Ensure that all marketing campaigns are aligned to support the firm’s brand, and business development objectives.

Campaign Management

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events, PR).
  • Drive awareness, foster long term relationships, creating demand and qualified lead acquisition.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI.

Team leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and support professional development.

Stakeholder engagement

  • Work closely with Partners, Business Development, and Client Service teams.
  • Ensure marketing strategies and plans are aligned with client needs and firm goals.

Content & digital marketing

  • Oversee creation of blogs, articles and thought leadership.
  • Manage the firm’s website, content, SEO strategy and social media presence.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and the firm’s CRM platform.

Brand & communications

  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Lead PR initiatives and external communications in conjunction with the firm’s PR agencies.

 

Person Specification

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within accountancy or other professional services environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g. DotDigital, Salesforce).
  • Extensive team leadership skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (CIM qualification desirable).
