Purpose and aim of the role
- You will be working for the firm’s Advisory division. Your role will be to administer and progress a variety of ongoing formal insolvency estates from inception to closure reporting to a manager, director or partner.
Duties and responsibilities
- Case progression
- Statutory reporting and compliance
- Devise strategies for case specific asset realisations
- Tailored stakeholder communication and reporting
- Investigations
- Liaising with associated external professionals
- Agreement of claims and distributions
- Case closure
- Previous experience working within insolvency and restructuring
- Knowledge and experience of all corporate insolvency case types
- Proven experience in managing case load and case progression
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively withing a team
- Competent in all Microsoft packages
- Experience in using IPS Turnkey, or equivalent highly desired
